Shipments are entrusted to our trusted courier GLS, shipping costs are divided by weight range and destination of the package, including packaging costs.
As for the delivery times of the material, shipments are made on working afternoons, of all orders received until 12.00, the expected delivery times are 1-2 working days (islands excluded as they also have to consider the loading and unloading times from ship).
The package leaves after receiving notification of payment or method of payment on delivery.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer, including as regards any returns, modifications or repairs.
Please note that any dispute on damaged, open or deformed parcels must be put in writing on the courier's delivery document before collection.
Any late or post-opening dispute cannot be considered valid.
Collection is available in the shop, once the order is completed, just go to our office in Borgo Monte Grappa, 23, Castelfranco Veneto (TV) with the order reference ID, to proceed with the collection.
All purchases made online or by correspondence from the online store www.negozio-softair.it enjoy the right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
If you change your mind or if you receive an item other than your expectations, within 14 calendar days you can return it intact and in the original packaging: we will send you a refund in 14 calendar days or a replacement of the article, at your choice (it is not possible to withdrawal regarding bespoke or personalized items).
To exercise the right it is not mandatory to send the registered letter, just a communication by email to our address info@negozio-softair.it and fill in the form in the Returns section.
Then carry out the following procedure only after receiving our confirmation e-mail.
Pack unwanted items (undamaged and in the original packaging) in a sufficiently robust box.
Place a photocopy of the purchase receipt inside the package.
Send the parcel carriage paid to: Softair Shop - Borgo Monte Grappa, No. 23, 31033 Castelfranco Veneto (TV).
(any freight collect or cash on delivery parcels will be rejected to the sender, unless otherwise agreed with an employee of our staff)
