RECOIL SHOCK MODEL

Pulling the trigger fires the gun and simultaneously activates the weight inside the buffer tube, generating a powerful recoil.

The use of smooth POM material as a guide and the smooth operation of the 300g weight increase the recoil.

SEPARATED MECHA BOX

By splitting the gearbox into a "cylinder assembly" and a "gearbox," the upper and lower receivers can be completely separated.

This allows for realistic takedown, even though it's an electric airsoft gun.

TYPE II M-SYSTEM - MAGNETICAL FIRE CONTROL

The M-SYSTEM, originally adopted in the next-generation electric airsoft gun (MP5 series), has been optimized for the Evolt/Evolt RS electric airsoft guns, and is equipped with the "M-SYSTEM Type II".

The MCU (microcontroller unit) comprehensively monitors the FETs, battery, and motor, and also controls operation and detects abnormalities.

GEAR GROUP

The design of the three gears (bevel gear, spur gear, and sector gear) that transmit the motor's rotation to the cylinder has been revised, and "MIM (Metal Injection Molding)" has been adopted instead of conventional sintered metal.

Furthermore, the shaft diameter of the spur gear and sector gear has been reduced to 4 mm, resulting in improved durability, smoother rotation, and superior quietness.

High-precision bearings manufactured by MinebeaMitsumi are used for the gear shafts.

CYLINDER

The cylinder is a small-bore type with a smooth-sliding fluorine-lubricated plating.

It features a minimalist design that eliminates unnecessary elements.

STABILIZER NOZZLE

The new features include a "stabilizer nozzle" that stabilizes the nozzle position to improve accuracy, "inner elevation" that applies upward tension to the magazine inner to prevent feeding malfunctions, and a "one-by-one loading system" that closes a shutter inside the magazine after each BB is fired from the magazine to the chamber, preventing BBs from being fed into the gun body until the next round is loaded.

These new mechanisms improve both operational performance and safety.

EG1000BR MOTOR

The grip houses the newly developed "EG1000BR motor," which is a reverse-type motor with bearings.

BATTERY

The compatible battery is the 'MS•Li-Po Battery [Stick Type]', which features five protection functions and a temperature sensor.

Remove the stock pad and store the battery inside the stock.

The electric airsoft gun Evolt RS "FPR MK 4" employs a unique safety design that works in conjunction with the "MS•Li-Po battery [stick type]".

Therefore, it will not operate with any battery other than the MS•Li-Po battery [stick type].

PURSUING A HIGH DEGREE OF ACCURACY IN REPRODUCING THE EXTERIOR 

A deactivated real firearm was measured and realistically reproduced the size of each part, including the upper and lower receivers, the rail handguards with M-LOK bases on both sides, the grip, and the buffer tube.

The receiver uses Cerakote, which has a strong coating and excellent scratch resistance.

The grip is made of reinforced resin, which reproduces a realistic size by balancing thinness and durability, while the deliberately left unpainted reproduces a texture that looks like the real thing.
