Technical specifications
Nominal voltage: 7.4 V (2S – two cells in series)
Capacity: 1300 mAh
Discharge rate: 20 C (≈ 26 A maximum continuous current)
Mini-Type – Single (compact package, format for airsoft replicas)
Typical use: powering AEG replicas (Airsoft Electric Gun)
Dangers and associated risks
Deep discharge
If the voltage drops below ~3.0 V/cell, the battery is irreversibly damaged.
It may become unusable or dangerous when recharged.
Overcharge
Above 4.2 V/cell there is a risk of swelling, leakage of toxic gases, fire or explosion.
Charging should only be done with a Li-Po charger with a balancing function.
Too high current (above the C limit)
If the replica requires more current than the battery can deliver, it will overheat.
Internal short circuit and fire may occur.
Mechanical punctures or impacts
Physical damage to the cells can lead to violent chemical reactions → instant flame.
Inappropriate temperature
>60 °C: rapid degradation, risk of explosion.
<0 °C: poor performance, risk when charging.
Unattended charging
There have been cases of fires during charging.
Charging must be done under supervision and in a fireproof bag (Li-Po bag).
Incorrect storage
If left completely discharged, the cells will be destroyed.
If left fully charged, the lifespan will decrease significantly.
Ideal storage level: ~3.8 V/cell (approx. 50% charge).
Safety Recommendations
Use only dedicated Li-Po chargers with balancing.
Do not leave the battery completely discharged after use. Charge it partially when not in use.
Do not use it if it is swollen, deformed or damaged.
Store it in a cool place, away from fire and in a fireproof box/bag.
Do not expose it to water, shock or short circuit.
